Filing 17 OPINION & ORDER [ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATION]: Having reviewed the record, I find no clear error and hereby adopt the 15 Report and Recommendation, in its entirety, as the opinion of the Court pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 636(b)( 1). Accordingly, plaintiff's 14 motion for default judgment is granted. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment in favor of plaintiff against both defendants as follows: (1) Awarding $ 494.00 in unpaid overtime and liqu idated damages under the Fair Labor Standards Act, 29 U.S.C. § 201, et seq.; (2) $ 14,873.75 in unpaid overtime and liquidated damages under the New York Labor Law; (3) Prejudgment interest totaling $ 4,009.96 through 5/31/ 2012, plus an additional $ 2.38 per diem from 6/1/2012 through the date of judgment; (4) $ 10,280 in attorney's fees; and (5) $ 649.52 in costs.
