MEMORANDUM AND ORDER granting in part and denying in part 57 Motion for Extension of Time to Complete Discovery; granting 58 Motion to Compel. Plaintiff's request for an extension of her expert disclosure deadline is denied in its entirety . The Court will grant plaintiff's limited request as to the Aliotta deposition, which must be conducted and completed on April 9, 2013.
