August 17, 2017	Filing 26 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. For the reasons discussed in the attached Memorandum and Order, the Court denies 17 Defendant's motion for judgment on the pleadings and grants 16 Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment. The Court therefore rene ws the Judgment in the amount of $302,042 with interest at the rate of nine percent per annum from November 15, 1994 for a period of twenty years, and renews the lien for a period of ten years from the date of this Memorandum and Order. The Clerk of Court is directed to enter judgment for Plaintiff and to close this case. Ordered by Judge Margo K. Brodie on 8/17/2017. (Daugherty, Shannon)

For the reasons discussed in the attached Memorandum and Order, the Court denies 17 Defendant's motion for judgment on the pleadings and grants 16 Plaintiff's motion for summary judgment.
