By letter dated September 10, 2012 received via facsimile, Intervenor LorientonPalmer requests a "precautionary" enlargement of time to move for "partial reconsideration of this court's August 27, 2012 order unsealing the docket in 98-CR-1101." His motion is ostensibly made pursuant to Rules 59 or 60 of the Fed. R. Civ. P. The motion he made to unseal the docket in 98 CR 1101 was granted. Palmer's letter motion concludes with "In the interest of simplicity, this small enlargement is requested so that this may be dealt with without the complex formality of an appeal." He may choose to take note of Judge Posner's observation in Sullivan, supra: That "an appeal from a denial of such a motion is frivolous."
