MEMORANDUM & ORDER: The Court GRANTS 15 Defendants' motion to dismiss 6 the amended complaint, thereby (i) denying Plaintiff's Section 983(e) motion; (ii) dismissing the Bivens claims relating to the forfeiture; and (iii) dismissing in part, and transferring in part to the Central District of California, the Bivens claims relating to the arrest and confinement.
