Filing 27 ORDER ADOPTING REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS: The Clerk of Court is directed to enter a default judgment against defendants Ruhana Foods U.S.A., Inc. and Sheak Ripon, jointly and severally, for a total of $26,284.03, which specifically consists of the following awards: (1) $24,467.00 in damages; (2) $1,417.03 inprejudgment interest, consisting of $1,388.33 in prejudgment interest through August 15, 2014, plus $2.05 per diem from August 15 until the entry of judgment on Aug ust 29, 2014, amounting to $28.70; and (3) $400.00 in costs. Plaintiff is hereby directed to serve copies of this order upon defendants by first-class mail, at each of their last known addresses, and to promptly file proof of service with the Clerk of Court.
