ORDER re 1 Notice of Removal: As detailed in the attached Order, the Court finds the Notice of Removal to be defective in several respects. Because the second plaintiff appears to be a minor, the Clerk of the Court is respectfully requested to se al the Notice of Removal and attachments thereto, and to amend the caption of this case to replace the minor plaintiff's name with her initials. Defendant Toys 'R' Us, Inc. is directed to file an Amended Notice of Removal by August 19, 2014, curing the defects noted herein. If Toys 'R' Us, Inc. does not do so, this Court will recommend that the action be remanded to state court. See attached Order for complete rulings and details. Ordered by Magistrate Judge Roanne L.
