ORDER re 7 Order on Motion for Preliminary Injunction, Order to Show Cause: For the reasons stated on the record at today's hearing and as set forth in the attached Order, Plaintiff's motion for a preliminary injunction is granted, in p art. Defendants' motion to dismiss the complaint pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) is denied in its entirety.
