ORDER: On January 14, 2015, the parties in this action requested a 30-day extension of Plaintiff's deadline to join additional parties from January 15, 2015 to February 16, 2015 and a 30-day adjournment of the January 23, 2015 status conference until February 23, 2015. Dkt. 15 . On January 14, 2015, this Court granted the parties' request in its entirety as reflected by the "ORDER granting [Dkt.] 15 ." Court's Order on ECF dated 1/14/2015 ("Order"). As a result, the parties' January 15, 2014 request for clarification as to this Court's Order was unnecessary and no further action was required. Dkt. 16 . As previously indicated by this Court and to reconfirm for all parties, the status conference will be adjourned until Monday, February 23, 2015 at 12:00 Noon, and the request to extend time to join additional parties is granted.
