ORDER granting 16 Motion to Dismiss -- For the reasons set forth in the ATTACHED WRITTEN MEMORANDUM AND ORDER, the forum-selection clause is deemed valid and enforceable. Accordingly, Defendant's motion is granted and this case is dismissed pursuant to the doctrine of forum non conveniens. This dismissal is without prejudice to refile this action in the appropriate forum. The Clerk of the Court is directed to close this case.
