November 14, 2014	Filing 14 ORDER granting 12 Motion for TRO: As plaintiff MS & BP has not submitted any proposed language per its letter of 11/10/2014 13 , the Court hereby enters the Temporary Restraining Order proposed by defendant Big Apple in its letter of 11/10/2014 12 , in the form annexed. As such, and as ordered herein, Big Apple is enjoined from terminating the Supply Agreement and Lease, which restraint shall continue up to and including January 7, 2015 at 5:00 p.m.; and further, during the effective period of the temporary restraining order imposed against Big Apple, the parties shall comply with all of the terms, conditions and provisions of the Supply Agreement and Lease. Filing 14 ORDER granting 12 Motion for TRO: As plaintiff MS & BP has not submitted any proposed language per its letter of 11/10/2014 13 , the Court hereby enters the Temporary Restraining Order proposed by defendant Big Apple in its letter of 11/10/2014 12 , in the form annexed.
