August 6, 2015	Filing 4 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: For the reasons set forth above, the complaint, filed in forma pauperis, is dismissed pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B). However, as stated above, Townsend may file an amended complaint as to certain defendants within thirty (30) days of this Order. If he fails to do so, the Court shall enter judgment as to those claims. Lastly, the Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal. Coppedge v. United States 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). Ordered by Chief Judge Carol Bagley Amon on 8/5/2015. c/m to pro se Plaintiff (Fernandez, Erica)
