May 21, 2015	Filing 13 ORDER granting 12 Motion to Dismiss for Failure to State a Claim: For the reasons discussed in the attached M & O, Defendant's motion to dismiss is granted. Because even a liberal reading of the complaint gives no indication that Plaintiff might state a valid claim for relief, the complaint is dismissed with prejudice, and the Clerk of Court is instructed to close the case. Hill v. Curcione, 657 F.3d 116, 123 (2d Cir. 2011); Lucente v. IBM Corp., 310 F.3d 243, 258 (2d Ci r. 2002). The Court certifies, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3), that any appeal would not be taken in good faith and, therefore, denies in forma pauperis status for purpose of an appeal. See Coppedge v.
