February 2, 2015	Filing 6 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: For the reasons set forth in the attached order, the Court concludes that Younger abstention is appropriate on all of plaintiff's claims seeking injunctive relief in connection with pending state criminal proceedings , which are hereby dismissed with prejudice. All claims asserted by Plaintiff relating to the custody of her child and claims for injunctive relief and monetary damages related to the loss of custody over her child are dismissed with prejudice as dup licative and for lack of subject matter jurisdiction. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 12(h)(3); 28 U.S.C. §1915(e)(2)(B). Plaintiff's remaining claims are also dismissed, with prejudice, as frivolous for lacking an arguable basis in law or fact . 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(2)(B). The Clerk of Court is respectfully directed to close this action. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for purpose of appeal. See Coppedge v. United States, 369 U.S. 438, 444-45 (1962). Ordered by Judge Pamela K. Chen on 2/2/2015. (Pelaez, Jenny)
