MEMORANDUM AND OPINION: For the reasons discussed in the attached Memorandum and Opinion, petitioner's request for relief under the Hague Convention is denied, the petition is dismissed, and each party shall bear its own costs. The court' s prohibition on respondent's removal of the child from this district during the pendency of this action is hereby lifted. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully requested to return the child's passport to respondent, enter judgment in favor of respondent, and close this case. Ordered by Judge Kiyo A.
