MEMORANDUM AND ORDER. The Court finds that defendants are not properly subject to suit for damages under § 1983. This action is dismissed sua sponte, pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915A(b)(2) and 28 U.S.C. §§1915(e)(2)(B)(II). Sine there is no hope of stating a valid claim, see Cuoco v. Moritsugu, 222 F.3d at 112, the dismissal is with prejudice and without leave to amend. Ordered by Judge Eric N. Vitaliano on 7/14/2015. (Greene, Donna)
