ORDER: For the reasons stated on the record and as set forth in the attached Order, ThyssenKrupp's summary judgment motion 37 for common law indemnification is DENIED, and Macy's cross-motion 39 for summary judgment, with respect to its attorneys' fees, is GRANTED. In accordance with the Macy's Vertical Transportation Agreement, ThyssenKrupp shall reimburse Macy's for its attorneys' fees. Ordered by Judge LaShann DeArcy Hall on 3/19/2018. (Garrett, Ruby)
