July 6, 2015 Opinion or Order Filing 8 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER: Following Plaintiff's filing of an affirmation 7 , the Court finds that Plaintiff has failed to demonstrate that he is entitled to equitable tolling of the 300-day filing period applicable to his Title VII claim. Plaintif f's Complaint is dismissed in its entirety for failure to state a claim. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of an appeal.
