Filing 31 MEMORANDUM AND OPINION. IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, for the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum and Order, defendants' motion for summary judgment is granted in part and denied in part. Specifically, the Court denies defendants' mo tion for summary judgment with respect to the excessive force claim against defendant Hunsucker and the negligence claims against defendants Hunsucker and the Village of Southampton. The Court grants defendants' motion for summary judgment with respect to the claims of deliberate indifference to a serious medical need and unreasonable search and seizure against defendant Hunsucker. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the parties shall participate in a telephone conference on Monday, January 30, 2012 at 3:00 p.m. At that time, counsel for plaintiff shall initiate the call and, once all parties are on the line, contact Chambers at (631) 712 5670.
