Filing 66 MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER - ORDERED that the County Defendants motion for summary judgment with regard to the Plaintiffs hostile work environment claims is granted, but that the County Defendants motion for summary judgment with regard to the Plaintiffs retaliation claims is denied; and it is further ORDERED that the Defendant Wilsons motion for summary judgment is granted in its entirety; and it is further ORDERED that the Defendant Garcias motion for summary judgment is granted in its entirety; and it is further ORDERED that the parties are directed to appear before the Court on May 22, 2012 at 9:00 am for a pre-trial conference in Courtroom 1020.
