Filing 18 ORDER granting 13 Motion to Dismiss. For the reasons set forth in the attached Memorandum and Order, defendants' motion to dismiss is granted. Specifically, the Court grants defendants' motion to dismiss plaintiff's federal claims b ecause they are barred by the Rooker-Feldman doctrine and also fail to state a claim. To the extent that plaintiff is attempting to raise any state law claims, the Court declines, in its discretion, to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over any suc h claims. Accordingly, defendants' motion to dismiss is granted, and plaintiff's complaint is dismissed in its entirety. The Clerk of the Court shall enter judgment accordingly and close the case. SO ORDERED. Ordered by Judge Joseph F. Bianco on 3/30/2011. (Nagiel, Svetlana) |
