ORDER granting in part and denying in part 79 Motion for Summary Judgment. SO ORDERED that defts' motion for summary judgment is GRANTED insofar as all claims against Lugli and the claims against Northwestern for fraud and breach of fiduciary duty are dismissed. The motion is DENIED with respect to plaintiffs claims against Northwestern for an accounting and for breach of contract. Russell V. Lugli terminated. CM to pro se plaintiff.
