For the foregoing reasons, Plaintiff's motion for a default judgment is GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. Accordingly, the Clerk of the Court is direc ted to enter a judgment in Plaintiff's favor in the amount of $2,042.83 in unpaid principal, $1,354.29 in accrued interest, an additional $0.45 in interest for each day after June 29, 2011 until judgment is entered, $35.00 in costs, and post-judgment interest calculated pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961.
