ORDER denying 2 Motion to Appoint Counsel ; granting 2 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis; denying 3 Motion to Appoint Counsel ; granting 3 Motion for Leave to Proceed in forma pauperis. SO ORDERED that (1) plaintiffs' app lications to proceed in forma pauperis are granted; (2) plaintiffs' damages claims (a) against Lopez, Brust and the government witnessesrelating to their testimony before the Grand Jury and at trial are sua sponte dismissed with prejudice and (b ) against Jones and Richmond are sua sponte dismissed in their entirety with prejudice; (3) plaintiff's remaining claims are otherwise sua sponte dismissed in their entirety without prejudice; and (4) plaintiffs' applications for the appoin tment of pro bono counsel are denied as moot. The Court certifies pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1915(a)(3) that any appeal from this Order would not be taken in good faith and therefore in forma pauperis status is denied for the purpose of any appeal.
