ORDER granting 15 Motion to Dismiss. For the reasons set forth herein, the Court grants J-Channel's motion to stay this action. Specifically, the Court stays this action pending resolution of Silver Line's motion to transfer the Tennessee Action to this district, which is pending in the Eastern District of Tennessee.
