Filing 37 MEMORANDUM AND ORDER; The Court has considered the parties' submissions, including the Confidential Negotiated Settlement Agreement and General Release ("Settlement") executed by the Plaintiff and Defendants, the issues discussed on th e record at the conference held on May 9, 2015, as well as the Declaration of Joshua Parkhurst filed on May 31,2016, and hereby approves the settlement, including attorneys' fees in the amount of $22,500. Further, for the reasons stated on the record at the May 9 conference, the Court grants the parties' joint request that the Settlement be filed under seal, which shall be done within one week of this order.
