Filing 38 ORDER granting in part 30 Motion for Sanctions. For the reasons set forth in the attached Order, this Court grants, in part, the motion appearing as Docket Entry 30 , to the extent that Defendant's attorney shall be compensated reasonable ex penses for attorneys' fees in connection with the Plaintiff's missed court appearances and the writing of the motion for sanctions. The Court will make a determination as to the amount of reasonable attorneys' fees Defendant shall be compensated by Plaintiff upon receipt of Defendant's letter motion detailing the reasonable attorneys' fees it contends should be paid by Plaintiff.
