R. Civ. P. 12(b)(2) for lack of personal jurisdiction is granted; and it is further ORDER ED, that the complaint as against Birch and Williamson is dismissed without prejudice to renew in a jurisdiction over Birch and Williamson that may be obtained; and it is further ORDERED, that the Plaintiff is directed to a file an amended caption consistent with this Decision and Order within 10 days within the Date of this Decision and Order.
