ORDER granting 215 Motion to Certify Class. Plaintiffs' Motion for Final Approval of the Class-Action Settlement is GRANTED. Further, the Court has reviewed the FLSA Settlement Agreement and finds the terms of the settlement are fair and reas onable consistent with the factors in Cheeks v. Freeport Pancake House, Inc., 796 F.3d 199 (2d Cir. 2015). Therefore, the FLSA Settlement Agreement is hereby SO ORDERED. See the attached Order for details. This case is hereby dismissed with prejudice as per the terms of the Settlement Agreement. The Clerk of the Court is directed to close the case. So Ordered by Magistrate Judge Anne Y.
