January 21, 2015	Filing 14 PERMANENT INJUNCTION: Family Auto Service Inc., its agents, servants, employees, attorneys, and any and all persons in active concert or participation with it, shall be enjoined and restrained from all use of the AAA Marks, or of any combinations of the letters "A," in any form or manner that resembles, suggests, or intimates that Defendant is approved or endorsed by, or otherwise affiliated with, AAA. Family, Auto Service Inc. shall further be required to file with the Court and serve on AAA, on or before February 23, 2015, a report in writing under oath setting forth in detail the manner in which deft has complied with the Court's injunction and orders. AAA shall serve a copy of this injunction and order on Deft by delivering a copy of this order to it in accordance with Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 4. Ordered by Judge Sandra J.
