Laino NKJA Karen Lipp in the amount of $374.314.09 with 304.445.98 in outstanding principal balance as of Janua ry 22, 2015, with contractual interest at the rate of 3.25 percent which results in a per diem rate of $27.10 until entry of this order and the statutory rate thereafter. It is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that "John Doe" be dropped as a party deft in this action as no occupants reside as the premises, and that the caption of this action be amended to reflect the deletion of"John Doe" as a party deft. It is further ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that the mortga ged premises be sold in one parcel at public auction to the highest bidder, as authorized under §231 (1) of the RP APL, at the Calendar Control Part (CCP) Courtroom Of the Supreme Court, 100 Supreme Court Drive, Mineola, NY 11501 **on Tuesdays a t 11:30 am** by Stefan A. Borovina, 40 Beaver Lane, Levitown, NY 11756, 516-578-6490, who is hereby appointed Referee to effectuate the sale of the mortgaged premises; that public notice of the time and place of the sale be made by the Referee in compliance with §231(2)(a) of the RP APL and the practice of this Court, and published in the Oyster Bay.
