For the foregoing reasons, Defendants' motions to dismiss (Docket Entri es 18, 24) are GRANTED IN PART and DENIED IN PART. Specifically, Plaintiff's tortious interference claim, claim for injunctive relief, and claims against the Individual Defendants are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
