Filing 154 MEMORANDUM OF DECISION AND ORDER - In the present case, the only portion of the judgment at issue is the post-judgment interest on the $151 money judgment awarded to the Plaintiff pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1961. The Plaintiff is statutorily e ntitled to this amount. Therefore, at this time, the Court is explicitly directing that once this amount is calculated by the Clerk of the Court, the Defendants shall have twenty days to pay the Plaintiff and to notify the Court of such payment. If this amount is not paid within this time period, the Court will consider taking additional action as set forth above. Signed by Senior Judge Arthur D. Spatt on 1/12/12. (Coleman, Laurie) |
