MEMORANDUM AND OPINION AND ORDER: For the foregoing reasons, the Individual Defendants' motion to modify the preliminary injunction and their two motions to dismiss the Complaint as against them are denied in their entirety. This Memorandum Opin ion and Order resolves docket entry nos. 17, 19, and 21. The parties are directed to appear for a pretrial conference on October 29, 2010, at 10:45 a.m. and to comply with all aspects of the Initial Conference Order (see docket entry no. 4), in connection therewith.
