DECISION AND ORDER adopting 90 Report and Recommendations, granting 61 Motion to Dismiss filed by Stryker Corporation. For the reasons discussed above, it is hereby ORDERED that the Report and Recommendation of Magistrate Judge James Cott dated March 14, 2012 (Docket No. 90) is adopted in its entirety, and the motion (Docket No. 61) of defendant Stryker Corporation to dismiss the complaint herein is GRANTED.
