OPINION: The motion of Daniels is denied, the cross-motion of the Commissioner is granted and his decision is affirmed. After evaluating the evidence of record, the Commissioner determined that Daniels failed to sustain her burden of proving that she was under a disability within the meaning of the Social Security Act. This decision is reasonable and supported by substantial evidence, and is therefore affirmed. (Signed by Judge Robert W. Sweet on 4/17/2012) (ft)
