Filing 36 OPINION AND ORDER. For the reasons in this Opinion and Order, Defendant's motion to dismiss is granted in part with regard to all claims occurring before the time permitted by the applicable statute of limitations, and all claims against Defenda nts in their official capacities. Defendant's motion is otherwise denied. In addition, the ProSe Office is directed to seek pro bono counsel for Plaintiff. See 28 U.S.C. § 1915(e)(1). Given Plaintiff's apparent mental state and circums tances and the nature of Plaintiff's claims, he is severely limited in his ability to investigate crucial facts and present his case. There is no guarantee, however, that a volunteer attorney will decide to take the case, and Plaintiff should be prepared to proceed prose. The Clerk of the Court is instructed to close the motion.
