OPINION & ORDER re: 34 MOTION to Dismiss the Amended Complaint or, in the Alternative, to Transfer the Case to the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Kentucky, at Louisville filed by Porter Bancorp, Inc. For the foregoing reasons, Def endants' motion to transfer venue pursuant to 28 U.S.C. 1404 (a) is granted. The motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction is denied without prejudice. The Clerk of Court is directed to terminate the motion pending at docket number 34, and to transfer this case to the Western District of Kentucky. SO ORDERED. (Signed by Judge Paul A.
