Filing 67 MEMORANDUM OPINION AND ORDER. To the extent not specifically addressed above, any remaining arguments are either moot or without merit. For the reasons explained above, the defendants' motion for summary judgment dismissing the plaintiff's hostile work environment and discrimination claims is granted. All claims against defendant Edidin are dismissed. The defendants' motion for judgment on the pleadings dismissing the plaintiff's retaliation claims is denied. The Clerk is dir ected to close Docket No. 51.
