Filing 187 OPINION & ORDER re: 169 MOTION for Judgment on Partial Findings . filed by Signet Group LLC, 134 MOTION for Summary Judgment . filed by Signet Group LLC,. For the reasons set forth above, the Court finds in favor of defendant Signet on Eastco's breach of contract claim. Because the Court denies Eastco's motion for summary judgment on Signet's counterclaim, that claim remains the only live issue in this action. Therefore, the parties shall, withi n 14 days of the date of this Opinion & Order, confer with each other and submit a letter informing the Court as to the next appropriate steps to be taken with respect to Signet's counterclaim, including an indication as to the soonest date on which the parties would be ready to go to trial on that claim. The Clerk of Court is directed to close the motions at ECF Nos. 134 and 169. (As further set forth in this Order) (Signed by Judge Katherine B. Forrest on 9/29/2015) (lmb) |
