Filing 39 OPINION AND ORDER: Alicia Etheredge-Brown and Robert Brown (together, "Plaintiffs") bring this action for defamation. The sole claim remaining in the case is against individual defendant Derrick Handspike. Accordingly, the Court declines t o exercise its discretion to grant a retroactive extension of time for service under Rule 4(m). For the foregoing reasons, Plaintiffs' claim against Handspike is DISMISSED under Rule 4(m). The Clerk of the Court is directed to close this case. (As further set forth in this Order.)
