ORDER AND OPINION: Appellant seems to ask that the matter be remanded back to the Bankruptcy Court for consideration of Goldsteins equitable argument. However, Judge Bernstein already addressed the equitable argument, even though the parties did not raise it, and found that the equities did not favor Goldstein. The Court affirms that holding. The Court has considered Goldsteins other arguments and concludes that they likewise lack merit. For the foregoing reasons, the order of the Bankruptcy Court is hereby AFFIRMED in all respects..
