July 8, 2016	Filing 72 OPINION AND ORDER: Torrell Saxon ("Petitioner") brings this motion to vacate, set aside, or correct his sentence pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (the "Petition"). Petitioner asserts that he was denied his Sixth Amendment right t o counsel because his lawyer provided ineffective assistance during plea negotiations with the Government, which culminated in the sentence that Petitioner now challenges. For the foregoing reasons, the Petitions are DENIED. The Clerk of the Court i s respectfully directed (1) to close cases 13 Civ. 4966 and 14 Civ. 733, and (2) to terminate the motions, Docs. 29, 34, 35, 44 and 47 in Case No. 12 Cr. 320.
