ORDER: By letter dated November 22, 2013, Plaintiff requests that the Court adjourn the initial pretrial conference scheduled for November 25, 2013. It is ORDERED that: The initial pretrial conference scheduled for November 25, 2013 is rescheduled to January 21, 2014 at 4:30 p.m. The joint letter shall be due January 17, 2014. It has come to the Court's attention that the firm address provided on ECF for Plaintiffs counsel does not match the address provided for the firm in Plaintiffs letter. In addition, the Court has been informed that Joyce Diane Campbell Priveterre, Esq., does not appear to have an ECF login or password required to file to ECF. Priveterre is directed to contact Attorney Services at (212) 805-0800 to correct the firm address and for more information regarding obtaining a login and password for ECF. It has also come to the Court's attention that Daniel Gershberg, Esq., has not filed his notice of appearance on ECF. Accordingly, Gershberg is directed to file his notice of appearance on ECF by November 27, 2013. Because counsel has informed the Court that the firm has been experiencing "administrative issues," the Court will upload the November 22, 2013 letter to ECF and will email a copy of the order to Andrea Sobolewski at andrea@danielgershburg.com.
