OPINION AND ORDER #105007: re: 23 MOTION for Sanctions. filed by The International Chamber of Commerce, Stephanie Cohen, 15 MOTION to Dismiss. filed by The International Chamber of Commerce, Stephanie Cohen. The Court has considered all the remaining arguments of the parties. To the extent not specifically addressed above, they are either moot or without merit. For the foregoing reasons, the defendants motion to dismiss the amended complaint is granted. The defendants motion fo r Rule 11 Sanctions is granted. William B. Flynn and the law firm of McCabe & Flynn, LLP, are ordered to pay Sidley Austin LLP the amount of $20,000 within thirty (30) days. The Clerk is directed to enter a judgment in favor of the defendants. The Clerk is also directed to close all pending motions and to close this case. (Signed by Judge John G.
