Filing 31 OPINION AND ORDER re: 20 MOTION for Summary Judgment . filed by S.B., E.G., 25 CROSS MOTION for Summary Judgment . filed by New York City Department of Education, New York City Board of Education, Carmen Farina. For the foregoing reasons, plaintiffs' motion for summary judgment is GRANTED as to the IDEA claim and DENIED as to the Rehabilitation Act, ADA, and 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claims. The defendants' cross-motion is DENIED as to the IDEA claim and GRANTED as to the Rehabilitation Act, ADA, and 42 U.S.C. § 1983 claims. The Clerk is directed to close these motions (Dkt.
