ORDER for 19 Report and Recommendations, 1 Motion to Withdraw Bankruptcy Reference, filed by Jennifer Alvarez Aristizabal, Mireya Jaramillo, Tenzin Dasal, Johanna Paz: For the foregoing reasons, the motion to withdraw the reference with respect to the pending motions to intervene in Adv. Proc. No. 12-1729 and the trustee's 9019 motion [DI 3] is denied. There simply is no good reason why the Bankruptcy Court should not proceed to decide whether to permit the Movants to intervene, whether they should be heard with respect to the proposed settlement, and whether the proposed settlement should be approved.
