OPINION AND ORDER re: 7 MOTION to Dismiss the Complaint filed by Web.com. For the reasons set forth above, Defendant's motion to dismiss for lack of personal jurisdiction is DENIED, but Defendant's motion to dismiss for imp roper venue is GRANTED. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to terminate the motion, Doc. 7, to mail a copy of this Opinion and Order to Plaintiff, and to close the case. It is SO ORDERED.
