Any Second Amended Complaint must be filed by October 1, 2014, and defendants must file their r espective Answers or other responsive pleadings by October 15, 2014. Failure to file an amended complaint by October 1, 2014, absent leave of the Court, will result in the Court's converting this dismissal of Perkins' FLSA and NYLL claims without prejudice into dismissal with prejudice.
