The arbit ration award is confirmedexcept for the portion of the award directing Defendant to pay $2,500 in prospective attorney's feesand the Clerk of the Court is directed to enter judgment in favor of Plaintiff in the amount of $51,319.8 0, representing the unpaid wages, benefits, and arbitrator's fees pursuant to the arbitration award, with interest to accrue at the rate of 1.78% from February 3, 2014-the date of the arbitration award-through the date of judgment. The Court also GRANTS Plaintiff's request for attorney's fees and costs in the amount of $6,601.33. The Clerk of the Court is respectfully directed to close the case.
